Carlos was referred to me by an insulation company when we realized my frozen pipe issue was the result of massive rot in siding and silplates under my front and back porches. This is our second experience with Luna. Last fall they did a masterful job on repairing a tudor section of the front of our house, and restoring it to look original. This time we had them paint all the upstairs bedrooms and hallway. In addition, they also installed recessed lighting on 3-way switches in both bedrooms. This work included several areas around windows and a ceiling section that needed repair and they are perfect now. Most of their first day on the job involved skimming the walls to fill small holes and to even out the walls (they are plaster). How they are able to take their time to ensure a perfect result, and at the same time finish the job quickly, I will never understand. It's certainly a testament to their level of experience for sure. It is so hard to find companies that do quality work on/in your home, but when we find one, we stick with them. Carlos and his team lead Oscar are great people, and they really strived to make sure we were happy as the job progressed. Their prices are more than fair compared to the large companies we have gotten quotes from. We recommend them to anyone we know who requires exterior or interior work on their home. I can't recommend Luna Construction highly enough!
